I'm pretty sure there is some form of contact with YouTube, but you have to have a certain amount of subscribers and I'm pretty sure it's a lot.

There isn't a live chat on youtube but you can email ofcorse.

Is that 15,000 hours watch time as in people watching my videos? or 15,000 hours of me watching other peoples videos?
