Youtube background opinion?

Whats your opinion on my youtube background?
A friend of mine made it for me, and I added a few things.
I realize that Vaas from Far Cry 3 at the bottom left is cut off due to fixed scrolling. Opinions?

I actually like Vaas like that.
The background is too pixel-y for my taste, but follows suit with MineCraft.
The text font doesn't quite fit the theme. There's something about it.
Overall, great start! :]

I LOVE your thumbnails. I'm a huge fan of poppy, descriptive text with a faded background that implies the content of the video. I would be interested to see a full banner as a YouTube partner since most of it cuts off on my browser. I'm a Fullscreen partner and you can apply at fullscreen dot net.

The background is supposed to represent root beer, and its a little fuzzy on purpose to make the current pictures pop out a bit more. Yes, text is a bit boring, I can agree with you on that.
I can try and assess these comments and possibly do some changes! ^.^
