Most of my views don't come from subscribers, so I'm less concerned with sub numbers. But views directly translate into money, so I'm pretty happy about this. I'm also almost at 32k subs, which is one of the phases in the 21 steps to 100k subs thread.

Without seeing your channel, I'm going to assume that you also make videos on popular themes that comes up as suggested videos. That seems to be the norm when the views vastly overshadow the subs.
