Would really like some advice, I have been rejected for partnership but my channel is Legit?

Well my dear friend SocialBlade/RPM Network are very small and their threshold is very low, and I meet the requirements, so I sent them a ticket for support explaining that the reasons that were given for my rejection is unfunded, now it is the waiting game. My friend has a gaming commentary channel and we are pretty much the same in terms of requirements, and he got accepted no problems, he didn't even had royalty free music, which means he shouldn't even had the partnership because of copyright. Waiting game is on while waiting for an answer.

I understand but as of lately with RPM's dropping of requirements about a month ago that created a large influx of channels going in with them so no they are not very small anymore. Like I said, they won't be as accurate anymore because they have that large influx.

Earlier on yogscast where actually tweeting out a link to sign up to rpm, I'm not sure if they are paying bigger people to do that or if they have some kind of sign up scheme but they seem to be going balls to the wall at the minute trying to grab up everyone they can

Wow they must have shuffled quite a bit of money to get Yogscast to "sponsor" or "feature" them. They are trying hard to pull in members although from what I saw of the contract they were just screwing youtube noobs, in a machinima way.

Yeah it's pretty obvious they will be f*****g people over

Wanna know what's even more odd

I just checked the yogscasts twitter and the 3 tweets they made about it have been removed and aren't there any more. I did click on the links earlier because I thought they might have posted a funny meme or something bout it and it did legit take you to the rpm sign up page. Being the yogscast though they wouldn't have to leave the tweet up long to drive a lot of traffic there.

It's all really dodgy and suspect

Gaming is a weird subject for youtube channels- and while monthly views can still meet requirements, you still need a certain amount of luck or clout to fit under normal requirements. Picking up another gaming channel that only does ~20 views a day may not be in their best interest even if that channel releases 100 videos that get 20 views a day. You may be able to apply again and get lucky, or you may just need to wait until your videos get more views each. Such is having a gaming channel.

Don`t worry to much about it :)

Just keep playing those Games, enjoy your time and you should find a new home before the new Console Generation will hit the storeshelfs.

Since your Channel is pretty new some Networks might want just see if you have the breath to keep doing it and will deny every of your first inquiry even if you have meet their min. requirements.

Just apply again.
Back then I applied to RPM through socialblade and they rejected me with the same message, then I applied again without changing anything and they accepted me. Or better yet apply for N4GTV who are also under Maker.

Actually I am going with N4Gtv :p I am so excited to work with them, they are absolutely a delight to talk to and very helpful.

You should really even be looking for a sponsor unless you get a good amount of traffic and views. This will help you to gain money faster and not seem like a sell out to your fans
