Would really like some advice, I have been rejected for partnership but my channel is Legit?

Hello, I sent my application to the SocialBlade/RPM Network today July 3rd 2013. I meet the minimum requirements, which is 2500 views/months and I am currently at more than 4300 views/months. My channel is a commentary gaming channel, and this is the answer I received a few hours later, after sending my application.
"Dear Caroline,
We really appreciate you getting in touch about joining our network.
After reviewing the content on your channel, we have determined that we cannot bring you into the network at this time. It appears that your videos are primarily based on content or music that you may not own or have the appropriate rights to. Once this content has been removed, feel free to reapply.
Sincerely,
The RPM Network"

I never received any copyright strike or even a simple warning, and the music on certain video, and my introduction for my channel and videos are all Royalty free music and the description for each music and songs are ALL in the description for each video it is use on...the artist is TeknoAXE Royalty Free Music.

I have a many friends that do the exact same thing as me, and do not even use Royalty Free Music and do gaming and are SocialBlade/RPM partner?

I do gaming commentaries like millions of other channel and I do not understand the reasons why I am rejected. I found the answer really vague and does not give precisions in which video or what content exactly. Perfect Example is PewDiePie which he is one of the biggest gameplay and commentaries of gaming and let me tell you he does not use Royalty Free Music, and certainly does not have the rights for all its content, yet he does not have any problem putting his commentary gameplay on youtube and have a partnership with TGS and makes really good money?

The Walking Dead series and the Last of us let's play series are not even monetize on my channel...I did not monetize any videos that I know the publisher is not against putting out video of the game, but does not allow monetization. I am aware of the list of game publishers that are in favors or not of monetization and use this list accordingly.

I am a little bit frustrated by this situation and also confuse, would really love to have some insight from people who do gameplay commentaries and are partnered with SocialBlade/RPM Network. Need help, please!
Thank you

According to what they said, monetisation isn't the problem. The major problem is that the visual content isn't yours (aka the games that you play).

20ish views per video.. what do you yhink?
No that as nothing to do with that at all...they required minimum of 2500 views per month on your channel, not 2500 views per video. I already clear that question. I have met the requirement of views per month with more than 4200 views. If you read their answer (I mean truly read) they are not concern with the views at all.[DOUBLEPOST=1372896184,1372895983][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yup no gaming youtube channel have the visual content as their own...that is WHY they require commentaries while you play games, which I do, and my channel is focused on commentary gameplay, so no I do not think that would be the problem either. Have you ever know a gamer on youtube that owns the content of the game they play, never...that is why they do commentaries since it is than considered as entertainment.

I am not mad at you guys, sorry if it came out this way...just found the whole situation very frustrating lol

No need to get all snip snappy, he's just trying to help.

As for the rejection. RPM are known for rejecting people despite there being no issues with the channel in question. If you applied through the Socialblade stats page then hop on over on their chat and tell them how you got rejected for no apparent reason. They will tell you to file in a ticket and they'll escalate the issue to RPM. If you applied to RPM directly via their website then send them an email to support@rpmnetwork.com.

My socialblade partnership is nearly up (got a month to go) and i was a moderator on their chat. Many people came in with the same problem as you and it was usually sorted through sending them an email and getting them to look at the channel carefully as the checks on the channel are done manually by RPM staff which are not always done by the rules. There are many channels partner despite having non royalty free music or no commentary on gaming videos.

Hope that helps ;)

Thanks you very much MrPie and I also dig a little bit and the answers comes from bots usually, fun stuff :p So I sent a ticket to the SocialBlade/RPM Support explaining everything so hopefully they will take a few minutes and actually check out my channel this time :p
Cheers all and thanks for your support, truly appreciated and sorry if I came out strong you are not the problems the situation is the problem lol

Maybe who you are trying to partner with is too large? As previously stated they will probably not do detailed investigations into your channel because they have literally thousands of others to look at so you could either...
A. Email them if you really want to partner with them
B. Wait it out until you are a big dog and they offer you a contract
C. Go with a smaller network
Smaller networks may be smaller but will still give you the same benefits and sometimes even better support so don't worry about the size. If you do go with smaller networks though (and I guess any network) make sure you read the contract very slowly and make sure you understand the rules/regulations. Many networks will try to screw you lol

RPM are a subnetwork of Maker. So they are quite big, but their support has been horrible from times. I've been through so many peoples channels, trying to figure out if they do have a valid reason for rejection. A second email to Socialblade usually did the trick but they are not THAT big. They did at one point have 0 VIEW requirements. You could literally start a new youtube page and partner up with them. But it was a 50-50 split and 2 year contract, really devalued the meaning of being a partner.

Well my dear friend SocialBlade/RPM Network are very small and their threshold is very low, and I meet the requirements, so I sent them a ticket for support explaining that the reasons that were given for my rejection is unfunded, now it is the waiting game. My friend has a gaming commentary channel and we are pretty much the same in terms of requirements, and he got accepted no problems, he didn't even had royalty free music, which means he shouldn't even had the partnership because of copyright. Waiting game is on while waiting for an answer.
