I've read somewhere that they deny all counter claims without even looking at them, partially because they get so many. so I tried it on an inconsequential video.

They never ignored claims they just usually never balance in your favor and release the claim. Check out the new changes to Content ID on creatorsblog as well. Probably won't happen again for you with the new changes.

I had the same message for my Godfather 2 videos and this was the response I gave. They released the claim. Funny they never challenged Spore or the Godfather 1 LP's I did?
