I know for sure the ones coming from windows phones won't be monetized for a while. At least not until they let windows use their APIs.

I think that they used to be monotized along with the rest of the views but then youtube removed them from your overall view count (on my original channel i had something like 80 000 views and then it plummeted to 30 000) and now i think that mobile views barely count for anything

More like the other way around. They weren't able to put ads on mobiles for the longest time and now have started to do so.
(50,000 out of 80,000 from mobile? Smells fishy...)

I know, i think its because the large majority of my views on that channel came from people at my school sharing around my videos on their phones to pick on me, other than that i have no idea
