Why does one of my two channels make no money?

My whole point is that I have 2 Youtube channels and both with animated shorts and the setup is basically identical. The only difference is that the humor of one channel is more fore teens&adults, while the other channel has cartoons for all ages. That's why I don't get why the one channel makes money and the other doesn't. There must be some internal mistake that prevents the one channel from making money. I find it unfair though because the companies have been putting their ads on my vids that get ten thousands of views and I don't see a dime.

Contact Youtube support.

How?
Once you click yourself through a bunch of questions, it says post a question in the Youtube/Monetization forum. I know that forum. You never get a decent answer, if any.
That's why I asked here. I thought someone on here might know what the problem is.

I have had good support using Twitter, they seem to respond more often to that.

Thanks for your advice. I don't use Twitter. Like I said, I actually hoped that I would get some advice here. I thought that's what this forum is for.

Sure we can give advice, but judging on your story this might be something only Youtube can fix, maybe it's a mistake on their end? Have you connected your adsense properly?

Yeah, you might be right on the first part. I don't know why Youtibe makes it so difficult to get in touch with them. What I should add is that my ÝT channel that is making money, was my first channel. When I opened my second YT channel and monetized it, I needed to add it to my adsense account of my first YT channel. I got a number sent by mail to verify my account. Maybe there still is a problem.

First I want to say that contacting Youtube support is impossible, because they do not have a public support team. As for the question, there are only a few options. First, this sounds like botting to me. :( Please link your YouTube channel, so we can investigate this easier. Second, are ads enabled and running? The money sign in your video manger must be green for your videos to make a cent. Third, do you have a matched 3rd party content claim on this video? If you do, you will likely not receive royalties.

I realized that. I've been trying to find any way to contact them with no success whatsoever.

Are you indicating that my views are manipulated in any sort? Why would you even think that????

Yes, all adds are running, the money signs are green and as I explained BEFORE, I do not have a third party content. I do animation and as I explained further back, I do everything myself: voices, animation, sound effects, character design etc. ALL cartoons are my products and my copyright.

In the files I uploaded image, you can see how the adds on my vids look. Example 1 shows the ad on the video of my channel that makes zero cash. The video in the pic has over 65000 views.
In the image of example 2 it shows the ad on my video from the channel that makes money.
In the image of example 3 it shows how all my videos look in the video manager of each Youtube channel that are monetized.
Example 4 shows a video from the channel that makes money, It shows how many views it has and how much it made. Example 5 is from the other channel. It shows that it has twice as many views and zero earnings.

Until you link a channel, then I will consider all possibilities. Tons of people bot views, so it is an assumption to make for many channels that are not linked. Not having third party content and not being claimed are two different things. You may have a false claim on there taking revenue. YouTubes autoclaimer often makes incorrect copyright claims that can take away your revenue if you do not dispute it successfully.
