Why are videos I export as 720P clear but videos exported as 1080P are blurry once uploaded to YT?

How long did you wait before you watched it on YouTube? I had also a blurry video once right after uploading, but a bit later the video became sharper!

Yes I've heard of that before but unfortunately the videos are still blurry several days after uploading it to youtube when I'm viewing the videos on youtube on my laptop UNLESS I used the default export setting to export the video in my video editor (so ONLY videos I rendered 1280X720 5000 bit rate are clear). I don't understand what on earth might be causing my videos to be BLURRY on youtube when I view it from my laptop but NOT on my cellphone :( I can render videos in 1920X1080 and it's super clear on youtube when viewed from my cell phone but blurry when viewed on youtube from my laptop.... this is super strange.....

This is really driving me INSANE. My video was shot in 1080p... it doesn't make sense why if I render it as 1080p it's blurry on youtube if I view it on youtube from my desktop... but NOT from my cell phone. Only solution I found thus far was to simply render my videos in 720p :(

PM me your Discord or something. I want to see this video on my end.

I notice a difference in video playback quality between various desktop browsers. Viewing my videos from Chrome browser gives me full 1080 HD quality, whereas from Firefox it opts to play the videos back in lower res unless I specify a higher res in the tools menu. Hope this helps.

So sorry I am beyond insanely SWAMPED right now... I will have to regroup on this issue in about another week or so.... thanks!
