Why Are Some Of My Videos Suddenly Un-monitized

I had it happen on one of my videos. I'm pretty sure the cause was editing the video options while it was uploading. It's always buggy for me if I try to edit the monetization options/title/description/tags while it's uploading. I've had similar stuff happen every time and usually re-uploading fixes it so now I just wait for it to finish completely uploading before I touch any of the video options.

Also if you change a thumbnail or the title it is going to monetized to under review and staying under review. Hopefully it's just a glitch but not enough people complaining about it yet for youtube to do anything.

Where do I go to complain cause this happened on a video that I posted two days ago and it's still under review.
