Which one should i go with?

I personally think Creative Nation is very good. ZoominTV is also reasonable, but honestly I don't think they're the best network out there. Also, don't go with AwesomenessTV I'd say ;)
 
Hi, Networks help your channel grow and become more recognized and by joining a network you also join a community and a family, machinima has an amazing community so if you have met the requirments you too can be part of that community.
But be careful with what network you join because if you havent done your research it will already be too late and you could be locked into a 2 year contract with a horrible network.

I sugest joining Polaris (formerly Thegamestation) or Machinima.
 
Here's the simple truths of networks.

Most networks should get you a better CPM than just Adsense. This is usually offset by the revenue share you give them.

Networks don't grow your channel, you still have to work hard to make that happen. They might have a hub you can upload to, but by and large that's not the case and your content would have to be vetted anyways.

Never sign a 2 year or longer contract. Ever. Period. A lot can change in 2 years.

Stay away from Awesomeness, Quizgroup, and BBTV. Machinima is only a benefit if you can get on the Respawn hub which is unlikely.

Creative Nation is probably your best option. ZoominTV is decent, although going under one of their sub-networks might suit you better. Fullscreen (from what I've heard) is also pretty good, but they will try to lock you into a long contract if you aren't careful...

By the way last month i have 35 $ СPM with QuizGroup.
I get my income every month via PayPal without any taxe and so on. Fast support. My friend has partnership with BBTV i haven`t heard anything bad of them. But CPM is lower is aboy 2,15 $
 
Woah. There are so many networks want you to join them. You must be have a big channel. FullScreen and RPM network is the best on my opinions but i suggest you to make research first
