I havn`t really heard much about them, but there was a thread on this forum about them which basically said they were partnering anyone but people were getting un-partnered within a week or 2

There is literally 90% of networks that will most likely accept you and most likely partner you before those will,you just need to change those thumbnails

I just applied for the fun of it with a channel that has 1 subscriber and 1,000 total views and it's partnered now haha
but i actually don't care about who can get partnered in it and who not or so, or to get shout-outs, i also don't want money... all i want partnership for is for the extra features in YT Read the contract. But no.
