less money, lesser support, no campaings like gorilla, and much responsetime 
Do you know that fore sure? Thats not the only reason to dont join them. I also heard that people who where with them and want to leave or change. They got strikes and banned

Actually Im even more confused since befor ^^
I collected more Invitations to networks. But not these I would accept direct. (like IGN or IdgGermany - I know Im to low for these Networks)
The most attractive offer is Machinima with 85% but Fullscreen Creator X want me too (but they say nothing about Payout %, or cpm)
TGS wants me too, but I had to delete some Videos with copyright warnings. Ive done so, but until now I waiting for another answer.

but my main thought was, with a german/european network i would be stand better because theire audience is german too.
if im with a english network, the most people would like me maybe but subcribe and comment would do the minority, cause they dont understand

I Canceled my Invitations by Machinima (85%), GameInside (60-70%), Fullscreen Creator X, zoomin tv and so on.
cause Im nearly partnered with Playtimes.tv (Gamestar - IdgGermany)
For a German its the best Decition to be there!
the have a cpm of 5-13$ and i got 70% gross (i know its just average, but they are REAL % and they have a very high cpm)
they have a very great support. and they dont take any low youtuber (just me because of my experiance in the game industry and as an gametester & editorial journalist)
maybe today i get my cotnract. oh i forget to tell. the contract ist 1 month lenght. you could cancel it every month 2 weeks earlier
