I believe a content match is usually okay (just means you won't earn money from them but there will be ads on your video), and most networks don't have issue with this. As long as you acknowledge the content match and don't try and counter claim with 'fair use' you should be okay.
*cough* Awesomeness TV *cough*Well there are some networks that require a channel and that's it but if you go with them you can expect stupidly long contracts, not getting paid and zero response from the staff.
Also you will HAVE to get rid of the videos without commentary. No network will accept you unless you have this or unless the the developers have allowed the use of commentary-free videos on Youtube. It's a copyright thing and not something networks tend to negotiate on.

Note even Minecraft must have some sort of commentary or your own music attached:It's not your choice to make unfortunately. All legitimate networks require commentary on most games (Minecraft and League of Legends are exempt as the devs allow for any videos on the web).
