Whice Networks got lowest requirements ???

Ubisoft ,assassins creed 3

If it's on an un-partnered (as in not in a network) channel that could be why. Some networks hold licences for games by such big companies. Many unpartnered channels are being lamped with content claims by Ubisoft for most of their larger games (Far Cry 3 being a major one).

ok so will i have to take those down to get partnered?

Not necessarily. I believe a content match is usually okay (just means you won't earn money from them but there will be ads on your video), and most networks don't have issue with this. As long as you acknowledge the content match and don't try and counter claim with 'fair use' you should be okay.

thanks for the help

Well there are some networks that require a channel and that's it but if you go with them you can expect stupidly long contracts, not getting paid and zero response from the staff.

Also you will HAVE to get rid of the videos without commentary. No network will accept you unless you have this or unless the the developers have allowed the use of commentary-free videos on Youtube. It's a copyright thing and not something networks tend to negotiate on.
*cough* Awesomeness TV *cough*

It's not your choice to make unfortunately. All legitimate networks require commentary on most games (Minecraft and League of Legends are exempt as the devs allow for any videos on the web).
Note even Minecraft must have some sort of commentary or your own music attached:

Company: Mojang
"You may make money using your videos of our Game so, for instance by putting ads on them, as long as you also add your own unique content to the video, such as audio commentary. The amount you add must also be enough to make it fair and worthwhile for someone to pay for it or for you to make money from it. For example you couldn‘t just include your logo, web address or indent but you could add an audio commentary or your own music if you are creating a music video."
