Where can i get a good quality cheap camera

So I literally just started YouTube and rn I'm using my phone to record and shoot and honestly my phone does not have the best quality. Also I'm broke and don't have a job yet. I would like to know if there are any ways I could a camera for free or trade if not I was still planning on buying a camera when I got a job. Any suggestions?

ebay is a good place to get refurburshed secondhand cameras. Just make sure you check the seller's history and feedback.
