When to Monetize?

That was my initial idea, but people don't like watching ads. I instantly noticed more growth on my channel as soon as I took off ads, about 2x the subs per day (from 1 sub a day to 2 subs a day XD) and 1.5 times more views per day (30 to ~50).

Well ive seen constant growth with just leaving them on lol. Whats a 30 second ad when your watching a 10 minute video. And if you content is good enough, people dont mind waiting. ;)

That's true, but I noticed you have a fairly big youtube channel. According to google analytics, 65% of my viewers are new viewers, so they haven't seen my videos before, so they would go away to a more well known video. Sometimes it happens to me, when I'm watching one of those aerius allergy prevention ads I'll just go to another video because I'm bored or just not in the mood. Anyways, I'm not really looking for extra pocket money yet :p
