For me, the big thing is tags; have good, relevant tags, and people can find your videos more efficiently.

i agree with forevveraloneprick on this one however, I'd also recommend that you make the work around your videos also look like a bunch of effort has been put into them As in making the descriptions to your videos informative, putting another link to the video within this, linking to other videos, linking to your Facebook and twitter, and shouting out anyone (if they helped you). Definitely research about all of the tags that you can use to get your kind of videos the most views possible because this is really important. I'd probably also recommend that in your videos you could add a bit of commentary over the top because people feel they can relate to the youtuber more, and will be more willing to subscribe if they know what your are like
