haha okay, if you're a director for a network channel, you can provide content and they will upload it on their network channel. Pretty simples

You can get a partnership which is what I described to you, or a directorship, which is essentially the same thing, the only difference is you have to upload to the networks channel, which can be good for promotion reasons, but restricts individuality.
Also, the network has a deal with YouTube, yes, that is how they get the pay from the ads.
