WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PARTNER AND MONETIZATION ENABLED?

i wana get partnered but i was thinking bcuz i have some videos that have 0 views that might influence ...
 
I'm glad I found this thread, I was actually wondering the same thing. I haven't gotten any money off of my videos yet but I'm still too scared to promote it on my Facebook and Twitter.
