What's the best XSPLIT settings for Local Recording??(READ)

Hi guys I really need your help to find out the best settings to record my minecraft videos using Xsplit. I want to be able to use my intro and banner like syndicate and still keep the frames even if i have to record in 480p. Every bit of help would be grateful, thanks

Xplit settings are based on your specs. Without knowing them it's impossible for us to tell you the best settings for Xsplit.

Oh okay well its not the best but I get constant 30fps on mine craft but the video just comes out laggy and choppy
AMD athlon II x2 dual core 2.5GHz over clocked to 3.4GHz
8GB DDR3 ram
Zotac geforce 260

Yes, and since it is open source, you don't have to pay a penny.

But is it just for streaming or cans I make it record to my hard drive to edit and upload as well??
