What will happen if Submit Counter-Notification Fail?

I plan to submit counter notification on my sub channel but what i worry is, what will happen if the result failed? Will my channel being ban?

Oh okay, no if you appeal something then YouTube will either accept or decline the appeal. Nothing happens if they decline it, except for the fact that you still have the copyright strike.

And in order to have two channels you need to buy VIP Membership in the shop (right beside forums in the navigation bar). It costs 100 YTT cash, so after you make 100 posts, you can buy it and it costs the same amount to renew it each month!
