What was your best year on YouTube

I've been busy on a site called 'the wayback machine' and checked out my channel on there. It's got a screenshot from way back in 08 when I was 17. I noticed apart from the obvious sub par content I had, that my subs hadn't really changed much for years. it wasn't really until YouTube handed out partnerships to everyone that my channel really started to move forward.

My best year was probably this year, I feel that I've improved in quality and with slightly more regular uploads, and my subs are starting to tick up.

So what has been your best YouTube year?
Or if you haven't been on youtube too long, your best month?
 
Well as I've only started this year I feel like answering this question would be in bad taste :p

Well I've only reaching my second year on YT (i'd say around 1.5 years since I became serious with it), but this year has definitely been better than last year.

I'd have to say this year as far as stats. I think my video quality has also gone up, I only started actually editing videos last summer.
 
Like others, I've not been in the community long enough to have a "best" anything but I'd like to think that as I continue my channel, the quality will improve and I'll receive more attention as it does *fingers crossed*
 
judging by my stats, this year is my best by far, this is how i've done

2011 - 14,457 views/233 likes/14 subs
2012 - 37,758 views/ 416 likes/40 subs
2013 - 51,693 views/ 324 likes/57 subs
2014 (up to 19th October) 110,031 views/801 likes/110 subs

seeing as this year is not over and I have done so much better than other years, hope 2015 can continue this trend
 
2014! Although I did have some cool videos in 2013 too there wasn't really a clear vision. Well..there was one but I just can't do it in addition to my normal job, gym and socialising with friends. Before that I had some other channels which were totally experimental and some of this material should maybe better leave the internet.

Actually....not true...my best year on YouTube was 2008 when we filmed the "Quest for GC videos" for gamescom at my employer NCsoft back then. SO MUCH FUN! Unfortunately it wasn't my channel back then :)
Not sure if I can link it here but you can search on YouTube for "Quest for GC nceurope". Wish I could do videos like that again but it's so difficult to gather all the people who would need to play in them.
