What should I put in and take out of my gaming videos?

I just recently started making YouTube gaming videos, and recently upgraded to Fraps. I made a compilation of the funny things that happened to me while playing a game today, but I don't really know if I should put in little captions, extra sounds etc. If someone could perhaps watch my video and tell me if it needs more extra things like that, less, or if you think I should just keep making them the way I did this one, that would be great!

I think it's good the way it is, you just need to fix those black bars on the side of the video.
