Its not too good, there are better cuts out there...
But that doesnt mean its bad, imagine, its better to have a network that gives you a high CPM and 60/40, than to be in a network with a really bad CPM and 80/20...

As others indicated... answer is subjective. You have to weigh what the network is offering as a whole and your current level and make a judgement call.

That said, it's a fairly standard gaming channel split based on the industry. (of gross revenue... not a split of a split... which only seem higher by % and careful wording)
