What months are bad for CPM

Recently i've been getting low CPM for my channels. Why is that?

The weather is getting better and summer is bad for youtubers

As said its summer, people wanna go outside rather than stay in and watch videos, its not good!

Ah if he meant INCOME then we must remember that it has been and still is FINALS TIME for students! They should be studying rather than watching youtube, you should be happy that your income is lower. It means our next generation is good and will be responsible citizens!
