Hey guys i just noticed Channel ad in YouTube what is it ? Does it help to get more viewers and subscribers ? or is it just like this ?

If by channel ad you mean Fan finder it is a thing where you can set the channel trailer you made (or other videos but that is probably the best one) as a free advert. This advert will then display on videos that people who YouTube think will like your content will then see on occasion when they are browsing and watching other videos. But it doesn't work very well unless you have about 1000 subs roughly to begin with. Based on the experiences some people have had such as KoolGoldfinch for example. I have yet to try it myself.
