What Do you Like To See?

What are things you notice on His/Hers Channel, Videos, Drop Down Box, Etc
That you can appreciate?

Mine is:
I really like to see a creator that has a nice clean playlist on their channel.
A good Title and description. Playlist are a powerful tool, especially for gaming videos or Vlogs
that have multiple parts, I like to see them organized

One that has good thumbnails. Editing is a requirement, but doesn't need to be good and a good commentary about gaming.

That's my preferred choice

I just want to see something unique. If I see people making forced expressions in their thumbnails, super exaggerated video titles, etc. I just click away. If it's a gaming channel, I want to see games that aren't being played by every other gaming channel. And man... when people say "like and subscribe" I'm just like "nah, I'm good." Just make good content and don't try to lure me in, don't tell me what to do, and have some sense of style/design. Be creative!

I like descriptions that show they will be doing something very stupid. I also enjoy dog and animal videos. Also if something awesome is going to happen, I like to see the point of awesomeness in the thumbnail.

I usually notice their channel art, avatar, and then I go click on the "Videos" tab and look at their video thumbnails. I don't really look at the video titles unless I'm intrigued about a thumbnail.... I guess I'm more of a visual person. ^_^ Sometimes I'll sort the videos by most popular and go watch their top video.

to be honest I very rarely take the time to check out the branding, im usually more interested in the videos...Im mainly interested in Gaming journalism and let's plays, film reviews and old music/adverts so any channel that has those kind of things going for it (And especially if they use there playlists well) are definitely in my good books :)

I like to see that they actually have some videos as well as a profile pic and banner that looks like it's at least been thought about - doesn't have to look the most professional thing, but at least interesting.Of course, I'll inevitably look at their subscriber count and quite often see their most popular videos as I like to see how many views channels of different sizes get. Intriguing thumbnails are always a positive. And a regular upload schedule.

I especially agree with the like and subscribe part. I never sub to people who say things like wanna enter my free gift card giveaway, be sure to .....

I'll admit I forced friends to sub and it's bad

If you watch the end of video's on my channel I remind the viewers to sub if they really enjoy my content and I do not encourage my viewers to like. It's their choice

The channel layout and thumbnails, etc. aren't going to strike me as too important unless I like the creator and/or the videos they make. I think there's a lot of the same stuff on YouTube (lots and lots of gameplay, reviews of traditional media, talking about YouTube itself and the gossip/drama around it, etc.), and while I like watching quite a bit of it, I'm always looking for someone who's going to do something new and different. i like original content and content that's coming from a unique perspective.
