yep you can record computer audio or external audio... also fraps costs money, however there is a free version which lets you download for 30 seconds only... :/

erm its like 20 - 30 dollars you could try camtasia studios VERSION 8 it also costs money but they give you a 30 day free trial ands its really good and easy to use
