Hi There Everyone!
I have listed the requirements for the RPM network below. Note, RPM monetizes all videos in your channel despite them being privated, so that is why it's important to have no copyrighted material anywhere on your channel. If you have a third party claim, I would recommend disputing it or deleting the video all together. Please see all guidelines below:
We look for Youtubers who have
shown a commitment to their channel's development, regardless of the
channel's subject matter. Although we look for a minimum amount of
viewers, subscribers and activity on your channel, we take other
factors into consideration, such as frequency of uploading and content
that is consistent with the values of our Network. No channels with
copyrighted material, no channels that abuse the system or that
propagate hateful messages. Although we are not able to review the
videos on your channel, I have provided you the guidelines for
copyrights below:
Here are some on the main reasons users get denied from partnership or
flagged from YouTube:
Music:
-Is the music that you play in your video your own? If you did not
create it yourself then you NEED not only permission to use the song
in a YouTube channel, but ALSO permission to make money off of it by
monetizing your video. Be sure you credit the artist and show proof of
permission to monetize song in your video/channel description. Note
cover songs also need permission to use. This needs to be done for all
videos with said music in it.
Games:
-Do you have game-play footage? Make sure your game-play is from a
video game that is commercially released and that you have vocal
commentary throughout the video. We DISCOURAGE game trailers of
upcoming AND released games because that can potentially violate
copyright laws.
Trademarks:
-You are not allowed to use any copyrighted character or voice in your
videos, as it violates copyright law.
Views:
We currently have a minimum standard of 2,500 average monthly views in
order to enter the network. Please make sure that your videos adhere
to this.
