What are "Linked Comments" on my videos?

Linked comment means the comment in which you clicked in your comments page or e-mail that brought you to that specific video in which the person left the comment.
Example:
1. I'm at the comments page and see this comment:
2. I click on it and it brings me to the comment on the video, saying "LINKED COMMENT":
