There is "Union for Gamers" network with fixed 3$ CPM (in case most of your views coming from English speaking countries) and they have lowered their requirements from 5K subscribers to 1K. The network was established less than a year ago, but I didn't hear any bad news about this network yet. Check their website for more details.

Don't wanna promote or something ,but Vultra has sub networks whih should inclide and GamingHQ so they can make excepcions if you have 450-500 ,but to people that really has a fiture for youtube.
