Voting Round 1 VOTM August 2012

Voting round one is over on the 22nd and then round 2 is up with 10 who have the most votes and if there's less than ten with more than a few votes we randomly pick the rest with a generator.

@Toxic sadly theres nothing I can do this time around but this is a lesson learned that we need to come up with something for next month [DOUBLEPOST=1345252336][/DOUBLEPOST]
