Vlog tip: Keep it short. Your subscribers might like you and all, but few of the viewers on YouTube click on something longer than 5 minutes. Make it as long as it needs to be, but lean towards being short. As the phrase goes, cut out everything you can possible cut and then cut the remainder in half.
