YouTube's recounts the views every so often to remove false views. False views can be anything from: Someone accidentally clicking on your video and then clicking off, to views that came from you while you were editing things on your video/commenting/etc, to views where someone was refreshing the page over and over, views from spambots, and all sorts of other things.
So this is completely normal. You didn't lose any real views, just some extra views that you had from some of the above things.

First of all - stop with the CAPS please - It's considered shouting.
YouTube are continually adjusting sub counts (and view counts.) - We don't need a thread everytime someone's stats stalls. Everyone wants more views. These threads will get locked every time.

The only advice is to concentrate on making good content and not getting too attached to the numbers.
