I changed out a couple of my video displays a few hours ago and they still have not taken. I As I understand it the procedure is. Go to my channel / video manager / Edit / click which of the 3 choices to the right of the video / and hit save on the top of the page.

Am I doing something wrong?

Yeah, that's right, just give it some time to update but you don't have to do anything else.

Do you mean the thumbnails?

If so, yeah that's right, and yeah it can take a few hours sometimes for it to duplicate across all the data centres
