Video at sporting events question?

Hey guys

So one of my most popular videos is when I went to watch the All Blacks (New Zealand) play a game of Rugby and I recorded them doing the Haka.

It was monetized for a bit but then I got an email from YouTube saying it's not allowed to be monetized any more.

So is recording live sport from inside the stadium/arena/ground not considered to be your own footage/content?

It is illegal to record and distribute footage at most major sporting events. You should not upload this footage.
