using vsdc converting/soooo slow

I'm using vsdc and when I convert files to upload on youtube its just so slow. new to editing so any comments appreciated. anyone else have this problem? is that normal?

Don't use that option it is very old, just make the video file and upload it to the web.

cant just upload straight to web because YT doesn't support it so I have to convert files but thanks
