Uploading game footage before it releases!?

So i am doing a video on Assassin's Creed Rogue, and I was wondering if I would be able to upload the Gamescom demo they did to my channel (without the audio) with my own commentary on it. Would I get a copystrike for this? I have seen LazerzZ do this with Unity but he has a partnership so i wasn't sure if that affected it. SO, I am not partnered, so can I upload gameplay of rogue like a said above without getting a copyright strike??

To be honest, I would not risk it. There might be an embargo on the game until international release date. LazerzZ might have permission to upload early.

Even if you upload and not release until the game is released, third party matching/copyright/embargo might still detect it.
