Well I believe you need to be a gamer, and have 5000 subs. That's about it!

Oh you're right, they lowered it :)
I'm hoping to negotiate with them, and perhaps get a 95% split (Tell them something like "hey I have 20,000 subs and I'm growing fast, if you give me this I won't bother you ever again and you can just earn money off my channel)

From what I've read, you can leave whenever you want, and every 12 months you can renegotiate the amount you get paid. My legalese is a bit rusty because I've never read a contract before, but that's how I read it.

From the sample contract:
Term/Termination/Survival.
The term ("Term") of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue perpetually unless terminated as set forth herein.
Every twelve (12) months the parties may mutually agree on a payment adjustment for the
Agreement. At any time either party may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason.
