Union For Gamers,Machinima,Yeousch & TGS

Vultra is a propriety Network under BentPixels (MCN/Network Platform)
You can`t go with BP directly as a channel as they only work with brands, so the "extra" split is standard :p
I konw it is and that cut is what takes it from being an average CPXM to a bad one.[DOUBLEPOST=1368019563,1368019457][/DOUBLEPOST]
Its also a fact that i have talked with several people that have a good CPM with Vultra.
you can have a good cpm. but if they don't pay on monetizable views and then the remaining paid views are taxed my vultra and their parent network you don't end up getting a lot of dough. just for the record they might think it's good rnough for them but it doesn't mean they are get their fair share.

A bad RPM though :p I never said whether they had a good or bad RPM.
We wern`t allowed to, when I was in Vultra the old management (now have been fired :p ) gave us a very strict list of what could and couldn`t be said..[/quote]

Correct me if I`m wrong, but I thought Curse had given up on fixed RPM contracts?

and I`d stay away from Maker if I was you :|
They may have because a fixed cpm pays a much higher amount in most cases so they profit more with the % model. SO I want to see if I can get a fixed model with TGS that would be better than the amount I'll get from Curse. Plus with a fixed amount you are not worrying about it going up or down. you know you will have a good rate no matter what.

Maybe TGS won't offer a fixed rate so then I'll have to compare their model with curses.

TGS and Cure are both under Maker so I doubt their contracts differ much :p

Could I add you on Skype?

Yes they have. They only offer 90% now. But maybe he can negoticate with them ;)
please tell me that was just a bad joke and that you really have a slight bit of an idea about how they run? I'll leave you with this when I told the curse manager that IGN was offering me a fixed 2$ rate no matter what type of views I get (and they are not bad views) he admitted curse couldn't come close. trying spinning the 90%/3$ CPM however you like but the only people you are fooling are yourself and others who come on here needing genuine help but end up joining the wrong network because people who are uninformed post on here as if it is indeed fact.

i'm surprised i seem to know a lot more than most regarding these topics. at least joining this site finally got my head around how maker studios work.[DOUBLEPOST=1368020679,1368020507][/DOUBLEPOST]

TGS are established and could have a proper good advert agency. That is what allowed IGN to pay so well. You are probably right but I'm hoping that you're wrong. If I end up in curse I'll only join from fullscreen if they offer a month by month contract like fullscreen have given me. i wouldn't risk getting stuck in a network for a year and regretting it.

sure what's your skype user name?

Curse does not offer a fixed 3$ CPM anymore, only the 90% contract. I said that maybe you could negotiate a better deal with them. I know that it doesnt compare to IGN, but its an alternative
