Tutorials using programs, Monetizable or not?

So I uploaded a video a few months back and it's steadily on the incline in views and ratings, God knows how I'm assuming a semi-well known Youtuber liked it, but it's a tutorial using Photoshop and I was wondering if I have the "proof of commercial-use rights" thing, where I tick it and say it's only my original content, am I allowed to do this with Photoshop? Been researching it and can't find anything, just thought I'd double check before I got myself into trouble with the internet police...:L
