"Try Not To Laugh" videos...will I get copyright for Reacting?

Hi there, I'd like to do one of those Try Not To Laugh challenge videos (I'm suffering from severe writer's block atm )

I was wondering, would I get copyright striked for those videos? (What if I change the border color screen from green to black, flip the screen, and edit out the vines with copyrighted music?)

And when I say copyright for reacting, I am NOT referring to the FineBros haha

I believe it would be covered under Fair Use to use small clips, however I am not 100%.
