Tomb Raider[Third party content]

Obviously don't dispute for a game that you don't own. D:
How you mean I don't own?I paid for this game and have it on Steam.I didn't even plan to monetize the video but it bugs me that maybe after some time they change that third party content to copyright strike.

I mean you didn't make the game. Square Enix has already announced that it doesn't like YouTubers uploading TR to YouTube. They made an official announcement some time back. Just don't monetize it, do commentary, and you'll have less risks of your videos getting taken down and getting copyright strikes. But, that doesn't mean there's no risk for you to get a strike.

I see that you are filming a playthrough. Are you getting 3rd party content match?

I had that for my first playthrough, but I didn't dispute. If you disputed, you should take your video down and reupload it. I wouldn't risk getting a strike if I were you. Same thing goes for monetizing. Once you monetize a video, you can't "un-monetize" it unless you have special access to the Claims dashboard thing.

So if I just acknowledge it I can't get copyright strike?

Acknowledge, but don't dispute and don't monetize. Like I said, you can still get a copyright strike but it's just that your lessening your chances of that happening by not monetizing and disputing your TR gameplay.
