Tomb Raider[Third party content]

So I uploaded my playthrough of Tomb Raider and got third party content match.When I go to see more information it says that third party content starts at 0:15 and it's named Tomb Raider.I'm not sure should I dispute it or what?I have been reading that a lot of people also gets this matched,but also a lot of people upload it without the problem.What the heck youtube?
 
A cut scene maybe, just acknowledge it and don't monetise it. Is it your first one ir have you uploaded it before and not had this?

Obviously don't dispute for a game that you don't own. D:
 
It happened in my 1st episode of Zelda too, i aknowledged it and nothing happened, and im now o part 4, and i havet got more of those 3rd party strikes X) So just keep doing your videos :)
 
You need commentary over the video, also on cutscenes. If you are no partner never monetize game video's except minecraft. (Also don't monetize if you are YouTube partner with adsense"
Also don't add copyrighted music.

Actually, a lot of game companies allow monetization on their games such as Bohemia Interactive (ARMA).

I guess so. I know EA doesn't allow you to monetize their content, I tried, and I failed :p.

However, looking to get a partnership so I can monetize it! :D
