I have tried that, I can't tell if it helped a lot but the videos did seem to appear higher. I forgot to check them before I put them on shows, so I'm not sure if it's not just my awesome SEO.

Everything capitalized but don't forget to capitalize it before uploading. there is a massive difference

I learned that all-caps is actually harder for the brain to read (= it takes longer) because we're seeing lowercase words more often than uppercase. It may just be milliseconds but if someone is skimming titles they may completely ignore the all-caps ones. Brains are lazy
