I've seen a channel partnered with them with 0 subscribers and 0 views. Like.. really? They partner just about anyone, especially small channels. They know small channels will take a very long time to reach the $100 pay hold, so they are pretty much using you for money. It's a business scam pretty much (even though they still pay you).
