I agree. I use a Canon 600D and I render all footage into 720p, with the exception of cinematic film; 1080p for that one

Maybe lower the requirement to 720p, since some of us don't have the time to render it.

It's like.. super duper clear. I'm pretty sure most Vevo music videos are 1080P now.

A camera that shoots 720p is likely not to have good enough quality, not that the resolution isn't high enough but in general every aspect of the camera is likely to be worse than a decent camera. This isn't a little project for Joe Smith who grabbed a camera at walmart and is now a "youtuber." This is a full fledged project that I am putting professional work into. With that in mind, the requirements as they are, are pretty lenient.

I am still working on questions. I will update in a few days. From there, probably a week or two to get the videos.

nope, they have that option on Youtube now, but you need to render the file into HD using Windows Movie Maker or other editing software
