Nope, defiantly not, sorry but TCN is a sub-network of IrikomUkraine, who manage alot of networks on YouTube and they always give their sub-networks the same CPMs which are 2-5 dollars per 1000 VIEWS not 100 not even a chance, that CPM is way to high.
P.S. CPM stands for money per 1000 views so that wouldn`t evem make sense

I KNOW ! it'll be 100$ per 1000 views ! But I've made the number smaller, Anyways I didn't believe it, So whatever -_-

I don`t think that you have to be RWJ to have a higher CPM then 10$. A few People over at Social Blade/TGM/Fullscreen seem to have an such high Rate each Month and those aren`t getting as much View as RWJ so I assume that it has more to do with the new changed YouTube Policy how they handle the hole things now then overall about how many Views you get.
