What is the best Network for a channel with 500 subs and less ? (Best Paying... etc)

Hey Guys, So I just wanted to ask a bit of questions about TCN (The Cobra Network):
- Is it true that they pay 1$ for each 10 views ? I have a friend that swears that this is what he receives from them !
- What are the hidden requirements ? (Sub number etc.) I know about the 750+ views and the 1 month old thing.
- Are they friendly people ?

I would suggest Creator X ;P and the '1 dollar per 10 views' is.. insane.. If it is.. Sign me up.. cause that's .. unrealistic to say the least.

I KNOW ! I WAS LIKE NO WAY when my friend told me !!! them he sweared and told me to check his paypal if he wanted ! I STILL DON'T BELIEVE IT ! Anyways I applied, Hope to get partnered

If this network is truly offering you $100 per 1,000 views, take it immediately. Don't you dare turn it down. Many people will fight tooth and nail for $10 per 1,000 views, and that is viewed as remarkable. That being said, I highly doubt this is true, I'd investigate exactly what's going on.

Guys I'm NOT SURE ! that's why I'm ASKING ! But I already Applied So let's wait for the good news ! I know that's an incredible amount that's Why I didn't believe my friend at first !

Nope, defiantly not, sorry but TCN is a sub-network of IrikomUkraine, who manage alot of networks on YouTube and they always give their sub-networks the same CPMs which are 2-5 dollars per 1000 VIEWS not 100 not even a chance, that CPM is way to high.
P.S. CPM stands for money per 1000 views so that wouldn`t evem make sense :p
