Tags that relate to the video you are posting and to your channel. If you put tags that aren't related to your video your video could get flagged, removed and your channel could even get banned
So tag wisely and don't just spam the reccomened tags, take your time with them

If everyone used the "most useful" tags then it would be near impossible to rank for any of those tags. Use tags that are relevant to your video that you could see other people searching for.
